"I was lucky enough to be at one of your hog roasts recently and wanted to thank you for the spread you put on.  The pork was cooked perfectly, lovely and succulent, but had the most amazing crackling as well. Loads of delicious sides to compliment the pork and rolls. Certainly, they were very generous portions as well.  Masses of a scrummy food for all!!
