Crackling is our speciality! The crackling is the result of a simple salt based rub and a long slow cook.
The sage and onion stuffing will be cooked alongside your hog, giving the perfect accompaniment to the meat.
A range of sides and Salads to accompany your slow roasted hog will be offered as part of your package. All sides will be offered on a self serve basis so your guests can help themselves
Delicious Roasted potatoes with roasted garlic and onion drizzled with olive oil are another perfect addition
