All inclusive Hog Roast
The price we quote includes cooking, carving and serving the pig to self service trays so you can help yourself. The price also includes crackling, sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes, mixed bean salad, tomato and onion salad, apple sauce, other sauces. Disposable plates, napkins, a serving table, environmentally sound wooden knifes, forks and spoons will all be provided.

DIY1 - Equipment hire and you cook your own meat
We will deliver the roasting machine and the gas required for cooking. We will instruct you on the correct operation of the machine and provide advice on cooking times and other tips that we have picked up cooking hogs. The machine will need to be cleaned prior to collection.

DIY2 - Equipment hire and supply of the pig
We will deliver the roaster and gas required for cooking together with a ready to cook pig. We will instruct you on the correct operation of the machine and provide advice on cooking times and other tips that we have picked up cooking hogs. The machine will need to be cleaned prior to collection
